We work mainly on the island of Montreal and on the north coast (Lanaudière, Laurentides, Laval). Please note that all external travel is considered in the submission.

Our story

A house painter since the age of 17 , I have been able to work in the construction industry since my young professional career, combining university studies in business administration and the world of construction. In 2019 I officially went on my own by obtaining my RBQ license . During my career, I have turned to several areas of construction, starting with residential painting and moving towards new residential painting ( spray painting ) of new houses and condos, epoxy floors , and commercial painting.
We have painted several commercial banners such as AnytimesFitness Gym, Pizza Salvatoré, Ford Châteauguay and others , while working with several general contractors in the region. Initially named Merlin Enterprises , I specialized in residential painting and gradually I turned to a more specialized niche which is wrought iron painting. Trial and error; I learned and developed new working techniques and turned to sandblasting . A new division of Merlin Enterprises was thus born: wrought iron +
With the help of my partner, Maxime , we turned to residential renovation. We got our general contractor license and began a new journey: complete ground floor renovation of a house, basement that had suffered flooding, PAD bathroom (home adaptation program), high-end bathroom with Italian shower to move towards commercial contracts such as offices, shops and dental clinics. We mainly work with Réno-Assistance for our renovation division, but do not hesitate to write to us if you have any questions!
